Early Childhood Education Assistant Certificate
- Tuition and other fees:
- Domestic $1950 + $840 Books and fees
- Program Duration: 265 hrs 13 weeks

- The Early Childhood Education Assistant program offered by Queenly College is not recognized by the ECE Registry, which means upon graduation, students may apply for licensing through the ECE Registry’s equivalency process.
English Requirements:
Grade 12 or Mature Student Status (19 years of age or more).
Students will need to submit proof of English Language Competency by anyone of the following options:
Prior to acceptance,
- applicants must meet at least one of the following language proficiency requirements:
- Completion of grades 9-11, including English 11 with a grade of ‘C’ or higher from a country where English is one of the principal languages, or
- Completion of 2 years of full-time post-secondary education at an accredited institution where English is the language of instruction, or
- Provide verified results for one of the English language proficiency tests listed below.

Delivery Method requirements for all programs:
Distance learning is 100% for all theory courses with 50% synchronous and 50% asynchronous.
Combined learning is 100% distance learning for all theory courses and the practicum is in person.
Technology:
Must have a laptop or desktop with speaker and camera to complete delivery method requirements.
Must understand technology software like Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, WORD, PPT, and EXCEL), Google (docs, slides, and sheets), and Learning Management Systems.
